The International Festival of Aerobatic Teams devoted to the 100th anniversary of the great Soviet pilot Valery Tchkalov will take place in the air station of the Flying-Research Institute named after M.M. Gromov in Zhukovsky (Moscow region) – August 13-15, 2004. World’s best pilots will demonstrate their mastery of flying the aircraft. The best Russian flying groups like “Russkie vityazi” (“Russian heroes”), “Strizhi” (“The Swifts”) and other aero clubs with their sport and light airplanes are among them. The Festival will gather professionals and fans of aviation. More then 100,000 persons a day will be able to attend this event.
